The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced the “Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship Program – 2012” open to Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) researchers, policy analysts and scientists.
The suggested program focus areas for 2012 are: Biotechnology-Bioinformatics, Plant Health and Food Security. The programs will emphasize the importance of science and technology in raising food and agricultural productivity.
