CitriHub, the Agri-business Incubation Centre of ICAR-Central Citrus Research Institute, Nagpur, organised a 2-day Sensitisation Training on "Empowering Futures: Igniting Entrepreneurial Mindsets in Aspiring Agripreneurs and Students." The event took place on 18th & 19th January 2024 at CCRI.
Dr. Y. G. Prasad, Director, ICAR-Central Institute for Cotton Research, Nagpur, was the Chief Guest of the Training programme.
Dr. Meena Rajesh, Vice Chancellor, GH Raisoni University, Saikheda, MP, was the Guest of Honour.
Dr. Dipak Ghosh, Professor, BCKV, joined as the programme's Special Guest.
Dr. Dilip Ghosh, Director, ICAR-CCRI, emphasises the importance of organising such a sensitization program for students and young agripreneurs.
The training encompassed a comprehensive exploration of startup ecosystems, agri-business ventures, intellectual property rights, and other crucial aspects of citrus-based entrepreneurship.
A diverse group of participants participated, including Horticulture students from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV), West Bengal, to explore agri-business and entrepreneurship.
