As part of its ongoing capacity-building initiatives, the ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, organised Module-II of the Training Programme for Newly Recruited Assistants from 16th to 20th June 2025 at the Virology Auditorium, ICAR-IARI Campus.
The programme was inaugurated on 16th June by Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-IARI. In his address, Dr. Rao emphasized the vital role Assistants play in strengthening ICAR’s administrative framework and supporting scientific research through efficient, rule-based functioning.
A total of 33 newly recruited Assistants participated in the five-day programme, which included 23 lecture sessions delivered by 18 senior officers from IARI, ICAR Headquarters, and other leading institutions.
The Valedictory Session, held on 20th June, marked the successful conclusion of the programme.
