ICAR - Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology, Ludhiana and Laxmi Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan, Uttar Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate for skill development training on post-harvest processing and value addition for youth/farmer/women and establishment of Agro-Processing Centres at Uttar Pradesh here today.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director, ICAR - CIPHET, Ludhiana, and Dr. Neelam Tyagi, Secretary, Laxmi Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan signed the MoU on behalf of the respective organization.
The agreement will pave the way for opportunities in agro-processing and value addition for youth/farmers/women leading to income and employment generation.
