A batch of specially-abled, deaf, and speech-impaired students, from Sanjay Centre for Special Education, Porvorim, Goa visited ICAR - Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Goa today.

The students were briefed about the various research activities of ICAR-CCARI undertaken for the farmers’ welfare in the coastal region of the country.
Dr. Parveen Kumar, Director, ICAR-CCARI stated that promoting inclusivity will ensure deaf and speech-impaired children lead enriched lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
A total of thirteen students along with three coordinators participated in the interactive session.
