ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Rajendranagar conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) on Leadership Development (a Pre-RMP Program) from 12th -23rd, June 2023.
During the program, Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Director General, ICAR interacted with the participants on 17th June, 2023,
Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, who presided over the valedictory function emphasized adopting innovative methods of leadership for changing the needs of the organization for effective and efficient functioning.
Fifteen Principal Scientists, Heads and Senior Professors from ICAR and SAU’s have participated in this program. The program imparted skills and competencies required for RMP positions in ICAR viz., leadership challenges and competencies, research and technology management, information and knowledge management, positive thinking and motivation, administrative, finance and vigilance management, etc.
