RASS-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Tirupati has participated in the “Meeting of the Committee on Estimates, Lok Sabha” here today.
Dr. S.K. Chaudhari, Deputy Director General (NRM), ICAR, briefed the salient achievements of ICAR and RASS-KVK.
The Committee suggested for introduction of more research-based studies on livestock rearing, and to creation of more awareness of the usage of drones in agriculture.
They also suggested participating extensively in ‘Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY)’ and disseminating the latest technologies in agriculture and allied sectors to the farming communities.
