ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology, Mumbai organized an ICAR-Sponsored 10-day short course (September 19-28, 2016) on “Synthesis and Characterization of Nanomaterials for Agricultural Applications”.

Dr. P. G. Patil, Director, ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai in his valedictory address urged the participants to go beyond the boundaries of research to transfer of technology for the benefit of farmers and other stakeholders

A total of 20 participants from different Agricultural Universities and ICAR institutions from 11 states viz., Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Tripura participated in this programme.
