International Training commenced at ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal

ciae-26102017An International Training of African-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO) on “Agricultural Engineering Technologies for Enhancing Productivity and Profitability in Agriculture Sector” (24 October to 6 November, 2017) commenced on 24 October, 2017 at ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Bhopal.  The training sponsored by AARDO and Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

Dr. K.K. Singh, Director, ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal, his inaugural address briefed about the technologies developed ICAR-CIAE deemed suitable for small farm mechanization in AARDO member countries.  He hoped that the training would be very much useful for all the participants, stakeholder of their respective countries and the agriculture profession.

Eight participants; one each from Bangladesh, Egypt, Lebanon, Malaysia, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Sudan and Zambia are participating in the traning programm.
