Training Programme on “Research Methodology and Biostatistics” organized

13 - 14 July, 2019, Bengaluru

The ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Disease Informatics, Bengaluru organized two-days Training Programme on “Research Methodology and Biostatistics” at its campus from 13^th to 14^th July, 2019.

In his inaugural address, Dr. Parimal Roy, Director, ICAR-NIVEDI, Bengaluru outlined the importance of such training programmes.

Dr. K.P. Suresh, Principal Scientist and Course Coordinator underlined the topics covered in the programme in various sessions like sampling plan, sample size estimation, utility of R software, GIS, etc.

The programme registered a total footfall 45 participants from different disciplines viz., Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Fisheries Sciences, Dental & Medical Sciences and other Biological Sciences.
