The ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow organized the 10 day-long Short Course Programme on "Precision Farming practices for enhanced quality production of subtropical fruits - A way for doubling farmers’ income" today.
The programme was funded by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research, New Delhi.
Dr. R.K. Pathak, Former Director, ICAR-CISH marked his presence as the Chief Guest of the occasion. Dr. Pathak delivered a lecture on Cosmic Farming during the Technical Session.
Dr. Shailendra Rajan, Director, ICAR-CISH delivered a lecture on Precision Farming Application in Subtropical Fruits Production.
The programme registered a total participation by 21 participants including Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Scientists, Subject Matter Specialists, etc.
