The Sankalp 6.0, a month-long National Level Business-Fest Event organized by the Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Agri-Business Management (PGDM-ABM) Students of the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad concluded today.
In his address, Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad emphasized on the importance of strategy deploying the evolving technology in growing the Agri-Business. Dr. Rao also urged the stakeholders to consider the sustainability issues and farmers’ income in the business decisions.
Shri Pradeep Kumar, Senior VP (HR), Coromandel International Ltd. and Shri R.K. Goyal, Business Director (SA, SEA & AUZ) marked their presence as the Guests of Honor during the valedictory session.
In his welcome address, Dr. Ranjit Kumar, Chairman, Organizing Committee outlined about the various events organized during the occasion.
Dr. N. Sivaramane, C.E.O., a-IDEA, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad highlighted the role of Incubator Centre in nurturing the Agri-Start-Ups.
Earlier, Dr. Binaya Kumar Parida, AVP and Chief Agronomist, Coromandel International Ltd. and Shri Anil Pannu, Business Manager, India Operation, Verdesian Life Sciences, U.S.A. graced the occasion during the inaugural session.
The 6th Edition of the Event registered participation by around 6,400+ from about 75 Premiere Institutes across India including IIMs, several Engineering Colleges, Business Schools and Agricultural Universities.
