The Virtual Users’ Training-cum-Workshop on “AICRIP Intranet Functionalities (www.aicrip-intranet.in)” organized by the ICAR-Indian Institute of Rice Research, Hyderabad from 15th to 17th February, 2022 concluded today. The programme was organized in association with the Society for Advancement of Rice Research, Hyderabad.
Earlier, in his inaugural address, Dr. A.K. Singh, Director, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi highlighted the importance of digital databases. He also advised for making it compulsory for all the AICRIP Co-Operators to upload data through the Intranet.
Dr. R.M. Sundaram, Director, ICAR-IIRR, Hyderabad briefed about the significance of AICRIP Intranet in the uniform data receipt.
The participants were apprised about the various menus and interfaces of AICRIP Intranet for data upload, analysis and reports on the major statistical designs used in the AICRIP.
The programme organized as a part of the “Bharat Ka Amrut Mahotsav” to commemorate 75 Years of India’s Independence registered participation by 160 participants.
