ICAR-Indian Institute of Rice Research, Hyderabad Celebrated Vigilance Awareness Week - from 31st October to 5th November 2023.
On 30th October 2023. Director, of ICAR-IIRR, Dr. R M Sundaram administered the pledge and briefed about its significance. Dr. D Krishnaveni, Vigilance Officer, ICAR-IIRR highlighted the activities to be undertaken as a part of “Vigilance Awareness Week” from 30th Oct. to 5th Nov 2023.
During the vigilance awareness week, IIRR organised various awareness programmes.
On 01st November 2023 IIRR conducted an essay writing competition on anti-corruption. This activity will create awareness among the employees to work towards instituting corruption-free attitude and maintain absolute integrity and devotion to duty.
On 02nd November, 2023. Dr. R M Kumar, Director (Acting) had delivered a Vigilance Awareness lecture in Telugu to all the field staff of IIRR. Dr Krishnaveni talked about the importance of vigilance and interacted with the field staff of IIRR.
On 3rd November, 2023. Conducted a poster-making competition during Vigilance Awareness Week with the objective of spreading awareness about Corruption free India.
