15th -17th November, 2023, Nagpur
The ICAR-national Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning, Nagpur organized 3-day Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits” from 15th to 17th November 2023. The main objective of the training programme was to enrich the knowledge, enhancing competency and efficiency among the Administrative and Finance staff personnel working in the ICAR Institutes.
Dr. N.G. Patil, Director, ICAR-NBSSLUP highlighted the importance of programme and emphasized over the objectives of the training programme for updated skills and knowledge of the administrative and finance personnel in the system to gain and disburse the retirement benefits of pension to the retiring personnel and investment pattern of NPS schemes.
Dr. S.K. Das, CFAO, ICAR-NIASM, Baramati accentuated on the importance of positive and conducive environment, empathy and positive attitude towards the Retired Persons and stressed on the timely payment of Pensions and Retirement benefits.
Sh. Ashwani Garg, CFAO, ICAR-NBSS&LUP highlighted the importance of conducting the Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits and Pensioners” for any Organization.
Total 38 trainees from 11 ICAR institutes participated the training.
