13th -15th March 2024, Pune
ICAR-National Research Centre for Grapes, Pune organised a 3-day online training programme on ‘Sustainable viticulture: Solutions to strengthen local and global trade’ from 13th-15th March 2024 in association with the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad.
The course covered clean planting material production techniques, horticultural practices, plant health management, food safety, government initiatives, and start-up opportunities to boost farmers' income in this sector.
Dr. Kaushik Banerjee, Director, ICAR-NRCG, was also present during the programme.
About 150 trainees from 16 States/UTs attended and benefitted from this programme.
