नए कृषि कानून पर कृषि विशेषज्ञों की राय

Dr. R.S. Paroda, Former Director General (ICAR) & Chairman, TAAS said that the New Agricultural Laws supports setting-up of Self Help

Groups and FPOs for the welfare of farmers.  The laws will penalize the middlemen and connect farmers directly with the market.

 

Professor Panjab Singh, Former Vice-Chancellor, BHU & Former Secretary (DARE) & Director General (ICAR) viewed that New Agricultural Laws will facilitate in creation of storage of grains and food processing hubs. The laws will help the farmers for not  visiting the purchasing centres; rather the market will now directly reach the farmers' field.

 

Supporting the New Agricultural Laws, the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences states that the current reforms will create competitive agricultural produce markets and provide more options to the farmers and will also connect them to the markets and agribusiness.

 

The ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi term New Agricultural Laws as enabler of the New Green Revolution and are in favor of the farmers and agricultural sectors.
