Workshops on “ABC of Scientific Writing” concludes

The two Virtual Workshops on “ABC of Scientific Writing” organized by the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Cuttack, a unit of the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack, Odisha from 22nd July to 5th August, 2020 and 18th August to 2nd September, 2020 to celebrate the 75th Foundation Day of the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack concluded today.

Dr. Gopal Krishna, Director-cum-Vice-Chancellor, ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai, Maharashtra marked his presence as the Chief Guest along with Dr. H. Pathak, Director, ICAR-National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management, Baramati, Maharashtra as the Guest of Honor during the valedictory function.

The senior officials along with the Institute’s staff members also virtually participated in the event.

The main objective of the workshops was to inculcate the temperament of proper scientific writing among the researchers.

A total of 1,691 participants virtually participated in the Workshops.
