ICAR-NAARM signs MoU with NCDEX Institute of Commodity Markets and Research

The ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the NCDEX Institute of Commodity Markets and Research (NICR), Mumbai today.

Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad and Shri Aleen Mukherjee, Chief Operating Officer, NICR signed the MoU on the behalf of their respective organizations.

In his address, Dr. Rao outlined the main objective of the MoU to enable the development of programmes for cooperation in the areas of Faculty support for Training Programs conducted by both the organizations; Research & Consultancy; Exchange of Information & Expertise; Training of Trainers on the basis of reciprocity and mutual benefits.

Dr. G. Venkateshwarlu, Joint Director, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad stated that the MoU provides an overarching framework for collaboration in the various areas and the role of NCDEX in commodity markets.

The Senior Officials of both the organizations were present during the occasion.
