Farmers training programme on preparation of Jeevamrit and Beejamrit under Natural farming in Khamar village of Ri-Bhoi district

ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, organized an off-campus demonstration programme on the preparation of Jeevamrit and Beejaamrit under Natural farming today.

Dr. Meghna Sarmah, SMS (Agronomy) KVK Ri-Bhoi, briefed farmers on various formulations for Jeevamrit and Beejamrit preparation using cow dung and cow urine.

The programme ended with the distribution of a leaflet on Natural farming in the local language.

A total of 35 farmers from Khamar village of Ri-Bhoi district participated in the programme.
