Udhayam 2024: Women Entrepreneurship Meet and Agri Expo

ICAR - Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode organised Udhayam 2024 - Women Entrepreneurship Meet and Agri Expo 22nd – 25th March 2024. Mr. TP Anandkumar was the Guest of honor at the event.

Dr. R. Dinesh, Director, ICAR-IISR, Kozhikode, Dr. T.E. Sheeja, HOD & PI, NAIF project, Dr. Neeru Bhooshan, Assistant Director General (IP& TM) were also present during the programme.

Three new Lime-based Trichoderma products of ICAR-IISR were launched during the programme and one license agreement was also handed over to the women entrepreneur.

Over 60 women entrepreneurs showcased their innovative products, including planting materials, food, handicrafts, cosmetics, and spices. A buyer-seller meeting was held, and ICAR-IISR facilities and technologies were showcased. Cash awards were given to enterprises with the best short video profiles and innovative products.
