Entrepreneurial Skill Development of Graduating Students of SVVU: Training concludes at ICAR-NAARM

The six-day Training Programme on “Entrepreneurial Skill Development of Graduating Students of SVVU” organized at the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad concluded today.

The programme sponsored by Shri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati under the National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP) was organized from 21^st to 26^th October, 2019.

In his Valedictory address, Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM exhorted the participants about the offering of the excellent start-up ecosystem in the country. He urged the graduating students to look for the career opportunities not only in the academic & research fields, but also in the entrepreneurship fields too.

The different aspects of entrepreneurship, such as, idea generation, incubation, business plan development, financial management, business communication, etc., were covered under the programme.

A total of 34 students participated in the programme.
