Training Programme on “Capacity Building Programme for Administrative Staff” concludes at ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata

The five-day Virtual Training Programme on “Capacity Building Programme for Administrative Staff” organized by the ICAR-National Institute of Natural Fibre Engineering and Technology, Kolkata from 26^th to 30^th July, 2021 concluded today.

In his valedictory address, Dr. D.B. Shakyawar, Director, ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata emphasized on the programme’s benefits that enabled the participants to gain more intuitive experience on the skill development through a regular practice of learning, doing and up-scaling of skills.

The various topics related to the administration and finance like PFMS, Office Automation & Record Management, Case Study in Public Procurement, Accrual Accounting & Annual Accounts, GeM, CCS (CCA) Rules, Preventive Vigilance & Case Study, Reservation in Services, Motivation, Team Work, Official Language Act, etc., were discussed during the programme.

A total of 31 participants form the various ICAR Institutes virtually participated in the training programme.
