Skill Development Training Programme on “Feed Formulation and Management in Brackishwater Aquaculture” organized

The Kakdwip Research Centre of ICAR-Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture, Kakdwip, West Bengal organized the Skill Development Training Programme on “Feed Formulation and Management in Brackishwater Aquaculture of Shellfishes and Finfishes” from 15^th to 20^th November, 2021.

The Chief Guest, Dr. G.H. Pailan, Officer-in-Charge, ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Kolkata Centre delivered a Lecture on “Nutrition and Feed Management in Freshwater Aquaculture” during the occasion.

The participants were provided with the farming practices of Hilsa and different Brackishwater Fish Species and Live Feed Culture at the KRC Farm facility.

The programme registered participation by 20 participants including the Farmers, Entrepreneurs and Potential Entrepreneurs from the different parts of West Bengal.
