Training Programme on “Establishment Matters for LDC and UDC of ICAR” concludes

The six-day Virtual Training Programme on “Establishment Matters for LDC and UDC of ICAR” organized by the ICAR-Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in collaboration with the Human Resource Management Unit of ICAR Headquarters from 17^th to 22^nd January, 2022 concluded today.

Regarding the LDC / UDC as the foundation of the official hierarchy, Dr. A.K. Vyas, ADG (Human Resource Development), ICAR urged for focusing on their competency enhancement for optimum utilization of human resource and better outcome.

Delivering the valedictory address, Dr. A.D. Pathak, Director, ICAR-IISR, Lucknow stated that from such periodical training, the incremental improvement of the staff members under all categories can be ensured. Earlier, Dr. Pathak also delivered the inaugural address.

In his address, Shri S.K. Singh, Senior Administrative Officer & Course Director urged for the competency enhancement and updation of knowledge in terms of rules and regulations & ICT for all the categories of the Administration Personnel.

The programme organized for the lower staff working in administration to develop their skills in the age of technical development along with updation of rules and regulations registered participation by more than 40 participants.
