Training Programme on “Farm Mechanization and Management” organized

23 - 25 March, 2022, Hyderabad

The ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research, Hyderabad organized the Training Programme on “Farm Mechanization and Management” from 23^rd to 25^th March, 2022.

The participants were apprised about the ways for strengthening the farm mechanization for farm operations to tackle the labor shortage in the agricultural operations, hiring of farm implements, operation-based labor skill development, integrated approach for pest, disease & weed management and recommendation of Weedicides to farmers, especially, to the mass seed production farmers, etc., during the programme.

A total of 15 participants including the Technical and Supporting Staff Members of the Institute participated in the programme.
