Preparation of Goat Meat Nuggets

Like sausages, Meat nuggets are another valuable meat product consisting of minced meat mixed with binder, salt, green and dry spices, phosphates and nitrite. Blend is then filled in oil-coated moulds and cooked under pressure for 12-15 minutes. The cooked blocks are taken out, washed, cooled, cut into square pieces and packed for sale/storage.
