Sensitization Workshop on IP-Related Issues

ICAR-Indian Institute of Water Management, Bhubaneswar, organised a Sensitization Workshop on IP Related Issues today at Committee Room, ICAR-IIWM, Bhubaneswar under the chairmanship of Dr. Arjamadutta Sarangi, Director, ICAR-IIWM.

Dr. Sarangi, gave a presentation on ‘IP-related issues and patent application processes in the field of agricultural water management”. He made a brief description of the list of technologies developed by scientists of ICAR-IIWM that may be applied for patent and copyright etc.

Dr. Susanta Kumar Jena, PI-ITMU, ICAR-IIWM, urged the scientists to apply for patenting products and copyrighting innovative ideas.

The workshop was attended by all the scientists and project staff of the ICAR-IIWM, Bhubaneswar.
