During the programs, farmers were informed about the importance of soil testing, balanced and judicious use of fertilizers, and adopting integrated nutrient management. Apprising the farmers of the importance of organic and natural farming, the use of farmyard manure, compost, vermicompost, biofertilizers, and other eco-friendly inputs was explained. In Bimola village, crop diversification was especially encouraged through crops like pulses, oilseeds, vegetables, turmeric, and ginger. Detailed discussions on white grub management were also held in Bimola village, where farmers were informed about its symptoms, crop damage, and effective control measures.

On the other hand, in Chourain village, the problem of crop damage caused by wild and stray animals was prominently raised by the farmers, on which necessary technical advice was provided by the scientists. In both programs, farmers were advised to get their soil tested regularly and adopt nutrient management according to the recommendations of the Soil Health Card. In the Chourain village program, farmers were also informed about various government schemes related to agriculture, such as KCC, subsidy, and farm mechanization. The programs were highly interactive, where farmers actively participated and shared their queries with the scientists.
