The Natural Resource Management (NRM) Division of ICAR advances research on conservation, restoration and sustainable utilization of soil, water and agrobiodiversity. Through 16 research institutes, 10 AICRPs, 4 Network Projects and 2 Consortia Research Platforms, it develops resource-efficient, climate-resilient and environmentally sustainable technologies to enhance agricultural productivity, ecosystem health, farmers' livelihoods and national food security.
