Roy, Director, ICAR-ATARI, Kolkata briefed about the 3 New Farm Acts and their new regulations which will create an ecosystem to provide the farmers and traders with the freedom of choice for sale and purchase of agri-produces and promote barrier-free inter and intra-state trade and commerce outside the physical premises of markets.
