A team of scientists from ICAR-Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture, Hyderabad visited Adilabad District of Telangana under Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) to monitor the Kharif interventions and to finalize the Rabi interventions under TSP during 29-30 September, 2026.
On 29, the team has visited farmers few of our beneficiary farmers’ field to monitor the interventions. A Focused Group Discussion (FGD) was organized at Arkapally Village to finalize the Rabi interventions and also to identify the training needs on 30 September, 2026.
A farmer-scientist interface meeting was also organized to sensitize the farmers about the importance of Group Formation and establishment of Custom Hiring Centre (CHC). During the visit, the team distributed the inputs such as manual weeders and mineral licks for the individual farmers and poultry cages for the farmer groups.
