ICAR-CIFT Partners with Trueblend Foods to Develop Healthy Snacks

ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Kochi, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Trueblend Foods Pvt. Ltd., Kochi, to provide scientific and technical support for the development of health-oriented snack products.

Dr. George Ninan, Director, ICAR-CIFT, and Ms. Lakshmi Ikarath Charudath, one of the Directors of Trueblend Foods Pvt. Ltd., signed the MoA on behalf of their respective organisations.

ICAR-CIFT Partners with Trueblend Foods to Develop Healthy Snacks

Under this collaboration, ICAR-CIFT will assist in enhancing product quality, shelf life, packaging, and nutritional value for four of Trueblend’s products, including Seed Cycling Bars and Nut Butter Bites.

The collaboration aims to deliver clean-label, eco-friendly, and market-ready health snacks that align with the growing consumer demand for functional and sustainable food options.
