ICAR–Indian Institute of Rapeseed-Mustard Research, Bharatpur, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Dairy Development Board, Anand, Gujarat, to foster collaboration in agriculture and allied sectors. The MoU was signed today at ICAR-IIRMR, Bharatpur.
The MoU was formally signed by Dr. V. V. Singh, Director, ICAR-IIRMR, Bharatpur, and Mr. S. Rajeev, Executive Director, NDDB, in the presence of senior officials of ICAR-IIRMR.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Singh emphasized that this partnership will strengthen the competence of channel partners in technology transfer and capacity building, particularly in sustainable agriculture and oilseed production.
The agreement aims to facilitate participatory programmes on technology assessment, demonstration, and capacity development; share knowledge and information in agriculture and allied fields; and jointly promote new technologies and products.
Officials from NDDB expressed their commitment to building a long-term collaboration with ICAR-IIRMR to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies for the benefit of farmers.
