Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Secretary (DARE) & DG (ICAR) inaugurated the Student Multi-utility Centre and Residential Complex - II at the College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (CPGS-AS), Umiam - a constituent College of Central Agricultural University, Imphal today.
The Director General was on his visit to the College today.
During his visit, the Director General inspected the classroom, laboratory and other facilities of the College. Dr. Mohapatra also had an interaction round with the faculty and students of the College.

Bhaskar, ADG (Natural Resource Management), ICAR; Dr. B.C. Deka, Director, ATARI, Zone - VII; Dr. A.K. Tripathi, Director, ATARI, Zone - VI were among the dignitaries present during the occasion.
