Women Farmer's Day

15^th October, 2019, Bhopal

The ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Bhopal organized the “Women Farmer's Day” at Sukaliya Village under the Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan Scheme today.

Dr. S. Mangaraj, Principal Scientist and Chairperson, SCSP Scheme outlined the objectives of the scheme.

Dr. M. Din, Director, ICAR-CIAE briefed about the women-friendly technologies developed by the Institute.

Shri Mattu Lal, Sarpanch, Sukaliya Village and Shri Khan, Principal, Middle School along with the media personnel participated in the programme.

Dr. K.N. Agarwal, Project Coordinator, AICRP on ESA provided the information on women-friendly tools and equipments and safety during the agricultural operations.

The women and children participants of various events were felicitated with prizes during the occasion.
