“Krishi Yantra Nirmata Diwas” organized

To mark the celebrations of the “Bharat Ka Amrut Mahotsav” for commemorating 75 Years of India’s Independence, the ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh organized the Krishi Yantra Nirmata Diwas today.

In his address, Dr.  C.R. Mehta, Director, ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal appreciated the manufacturers for their initiation and keen interest in the suggestive ideas and discussion. Dr. Mehta also insisted on the transfer and commercialization of the ICAR-CIAE developed innovative technologies for rapid expansion of the agricultural mechanization.

Shri Omprakash Chouksey, President, MP State Krishi Yantra Nirmata Sangh highlighted the issues and the difficulties faced by manufacturers of the State.

Earlier, Dr. P.C. Bargale, Head, Technology Transfer Division, ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal  welcomed the dignitaries and briefed about the programme.

Shri Suresh Girdani, Secretary, Madhya Pradesh State Krishi Nirmata Sangh proposed the Vote of Thanks.

A total of 40 agricultural machinery manufacturers of Madhya Pradesh and the officials from ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal & Directorate of Agricultural Engineering, Bhopal participated in the event.
