The ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil & Water Conservation, Dehradun, Uttarakhand signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun today.

Dr. M. Madhu, Director & Dr. M. Muruganandam, Principal Scientist, ICAR-IISWC, Dehradun and Dr. Deepak Sahni, Registrar & Dr. Dwarika Prasad, Head of Department of Chemistry, SGRRU, Dehradun signed the MoU on the behalf of their respective organizations.
Dr. Madhu stressed that the MoU is aimed to stimulate and facilitate the collaboration and promote mutually-interested common programmes that will help to advance the interests of the Himalayan Ecosystems and related Intellectual life and cultural development.
Dr. Sahni and Dr. Dwarika emphasized that the MoU would add value to the Courses of SGRRU that are designed to provide excellent learning, requisite expertise, rewarding qualification along with practical exposure, hands-on-learning and desired skills for a successful career.
The MoU is aimed at promoting the inter-Institutional collaborative Research and Academic engagements in the areas of common causes.
