Attention to Author

The DIPA (ICAR) has decided to make its periodicals on-line from the month of January 2010. Therefore it is mandatory to submit the manuscript through e-mail to the editor of a periodical. Original  ‘Article Certificate’ along with hard copy is to be submitted to the Editor’s office.
Authors are also requested to read the Guidelines to Authors prior to submission.
