The Zonal Technology Management – Business Planning and Development (ZTM-BPD) Unit at CIFT, Cochin was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for the outstanding work on Establishment of Business Incubation Centre and Commercialisation of Technology in Fish Processing, from National Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
Dr. C.N. Ravishankar, Principal Investigator, ZTM-BPD Unit, CIFT received the Award from Dr. S. Ayyappan, Director General, ICAR and Secretary, DARE, Govt. of India during the Regional Committee Meeting of ICAR held at Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI), Jodhpur during 16-17 November, 2012. Dr. Ayyappan congratulated the ZTM-BPD Unit for nurturing the growth of technology based enterprises and for creating successful business ventures in the field of Fisheries.
