Ready to Eat Food Processing Unit Inaugurated

12^th August 2015, Cochin       

Dr. S. Ayyappan, Secretary, DARE and Director General, ICAR inaugurated M/s Vinayaka Foods and Beverages, a Ready To Eat (RTE) food processing unit established at Eroor, Cochin on 12th August, 2015. Dr Ayyappan lauded the efforts taken by ICAR-CIFT for establishing the factory.

ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with M/s Vinayaka Foods and Beverages, for the technology transfer of ready to eat (RTE) products.

Dr. C.N. Ravishankar, Director, ICAR-CIFT was also present on the occasion.
