The Rashtriya Karmyogi Janseva Program was successfully organized at the ICAR–Research Complex for Eastern Region, Farming Systems Research Centre for Hill and Plateau Region (FSRC–HPR), Ranchi, with the objective of strengthening service orientation, professional ethics, and commitment among government employees.
The programme aimed to enable officers to rediscover the spirit of Seva Bhav and enhance their capacity to serve national goals and stakeholders more effectively with clarity, purpose, and sustained commitment.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Anup Das, Director, ICAR–RCER, Patna, emphasized the importance of Seva Bhav in public service and highlighted the need to balance inner power with positional authority in shaping a true Karmyogi.
Structured into four modules of 1.5 hours each, the programme encouraged reflective learning, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving. The interactive sessions motivated participants to recognize their inner potential and adopt a proactive, service-oriented approach in their professional roles.

Feedback collected at the conclusion of the programme revealed that over 80 per cent of participants reported significant improvement in their knowledge, attitude, and motivation towards fostering a positive work culture and strengthening their role as committed Karmyogis.
A total of 36 participants, including scientists, technical staff, and administrative personnel, actively took part in the capacity-building programme.
