The ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Goa organized the Training Programme on “Digital Tools and Techniques for Self-reliant Goan Agriculture” for the Officers and Staff Members of the Directorate of Agriculture, Government of Goa today.

The three-day Training Programme on “Backyard Poultry Farming” organized by the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad from 14^th to 16^th March, 2022 concluded here today. The programme was organized under the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan in collaboration with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Yagantipalle, Andhra Pradesh for the Scheduled Caste Women.

The ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering & Technology, Ludhiana, Punjab organized the Training Programme on “Safe Handling and Storage of Food Commodities” in Mysore District, Karnataka from 3^rd to 5^th March, 2022.

17^th March, 2022, Dirang

The ICAR-National Research Centre on Yak, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh in collaboration with the ICAR-National Institute of Natural Fibre Engineering and Technology, Kolkata organized the Workshop on “Commercialization of Yak Based Products” today.

7 - 11 March, 2022, Jhansi

The ICAR-Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh organized the five-day Training Programme on “Fodder Production, Conservation and Utilization” from 7^th to 11^th March, 2022.

16^th March, 2022, Imphal, Manipur

The two-day “State Level Workshop-cum-Exhibition of Tree Bean (Yongchak)” organized by the ICAR-Research Complex for North-Eastern Hills Region, Manipur Centre, Lamphelpat, Imphal, Manipur from 15^th to 16^th March, 2022 concluded today.

The Workshop was organized in collaboration with the Manipur University, CAU, IBSD, CSIR-NEIST, MOMA, NABARD and AIMS.

The ICAR Winter School on “Advanced Extension & Communication Strategies for Sustainable Livelihood through Animal Husbandry & Allied Farming System” organized by the Department of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Extension Education, West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences, Kolkata, West Bengal from 15^th February to 7^th March, 2022 concluded today.

The ICAR Winter School on “Recent Advances in Nutritional Technologies for Doubling the Farmers’ Income under Changing Climate Scenario” organized by the ICAR-National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology, Bengaluru, Karnataka from 22^nd February to 14^th March, 2022 concluded today.

15 - 16 March, 2022, Umiam

The ICAR-National Research Centre on Meat, Hyderabad and ICAR-Research Complex for North-Eastern Hills Region, Umiam, Meghalaya jointly organized the two-day Training Programme on “Hygienic Meat Production, Processing and Value-Addition” from 15^th to 16^th March, 2022. The programme was organized under the NEH Component at the ICAR-Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya.

7^th March, 2022, West Sikkim

The ICAR-Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research, Bhimtal, Nainital, Uttarakhand in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries, Government of Sikkim organized the Awareness-cum-Training Programme on “High Value Trout Farming for Livelihood Security” under North-Eastern Hill activity today. The programme was organized at the Karjee-Mangnam Gram Panchayat Bhawan, West Sikkim.
