Indian Council of Agricultural Research - International Water Management Institute Steering Committee Meeting is kicked off in Colombo, Sri Lanka today.
The meeting will review the progress of work and prepare the work plan for 2022-2026.
Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Secretary (DARE) & Director General (ICAR); Dr. Mark Smith, Director General, IWMI; Dr. S. K. Chaudhari, Deputy Director General (NRM); representatives from India and IWMI are participating in the meeting.
Nature-positive solutions and climate change adaptation in water to improve livelihood will be discussed in the meeting.
