ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Dheradun, inaugurated a training course on Soil-Water Conservation and Watershed Management for IFS Probationers at Indira Gandhi National Academy Forest Academy, Dehradun, was inaugurated today. It is sponsored by IGNFA, from 12th - 23rd February 2024.

8th – 9th February 2024, Almora

ICAR- Vivekananda Parvatiya Krishi Anusandhan Sansthan, Almora organised a 2-day Hands-on training program on Apiculture from 08th – 09th February 2024.

5th – 7th February 2024, Bhimtal

ICAR-Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research organised a 3-day training programme on ‘Health management in Coldwater Fishes’ from 5th - 7th February 2024.

22nd Jan – 2nd Feb 2024, Almora

ICAR-Vivekananda Parvatiya Krishi Anusandhan Sansthan, Almora, organized two 5-day training programmes on “Improving the livelihoods of North East Hill region farmers through suitable technological interventions” for the scientists of KVKs of north-eastern states under ATARI Zone VI, Guwahati and ATARI Zone VII, Umiam, respectively.

ICAR- Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture, Hyderabad, organised a 10-day Training Programme on ‘Big Data Analysis for Weather-based Crop Management’ from 29th January - 07th February 2024 for the technical staff. The programme was sponsored by the HRM Unit of ICAR.

08th Oct 2023- 07th Feb 2024, Dehradun

ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Dehradun, organised the 126th batch of the 4-month training course on soil and water conservation and watershed management from 08th October 2023 to 07th February 2024.

3rd February 2024, Karnataka

ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad, organised a 5-day Skill Development Training Programme on Integrated Farming System for the farmers under the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan in collaboration with ICAR- K.H.  Patil Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Hulhoti, Gadag District, Karnataka from 30th January - 3rd February 2024 at the KVK campus.

ICAR- Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Dehradun, organised a training programme on fisheries technologies and opportunities in Uttarakhand, sponsored by the Directorate of Uttarakhand State Fisheries Department.

1st February – 2nd February 2024, Patna

ICAR-Agricultural Application Research Institute, Zone-IV Patna organised a 2-day training programme on Microbial based Agricultural Waste Management through Vermicomposting, on 1st & 2nd February 2024.
