ICAR-National Bureau of Soil Survey & Land Use Planning, Regional Centre, Kolkata, organised a capacity building programme-cum-input distribution under SCSP Project on Sustainable Agricultural Land Use Planning for Livelihood Improvement of Farming Community, in collaboration with N-24 Parganas Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ashok Nagar, at remote islands of Sundarbans, West Bengal, today.

ICAR-National Meat Research Institute, Hyderabad organised a 3 days sponsored training programme on ‘Innovations in meat processing and value addition: Potential opportunities for natural antioxidants and antimicrobials’ from 8th-10th January 2024 for eight R&D Experts, Technical Heads and Managers of Camlin Fine Sciences, Mumbai.

ICAR-Vivekananda Parvatiya Krishi Anusandhan Sansthan, Almora, organised a training programme on “Short course on Hill Agriculture” from 1^st - 5^th January 2024 at Experimental Farm, Hawalbagh.

ICAR- Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Washim, identified as a Nodal Training Institute by MANAGE, Hyderabad, for implementation of Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centre Training Programme in the District.

ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow, conducted training on "Advances in Molecular Tools for Aquatic Genetic Resource Management" from 12th -21st December 2023, to enhance technical proficiency in aquatic genetic resource management.

ICAR- National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad, organised Entrepreneurial Skill Development Training Programme on Value Addition of Milk and Meat Products for women farmers under SC- Sub Plan programme at Centre for Continuing Veterinary Education and Communication (CCVEC), SVVU, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh from 11th - 15th December, 2023.

A 5-day national training programme on “Aquafeed production technology and feeding management for sustainable aquaculture” was conducted by ICAR- Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai from 11th -15th December 2023.

To develop skilled entrepreneurs on ornamental fish breeding and culture through a hands-on learning process, a seven-day skill development training programme on Entrepreneurship Development in Ornamental Fish Breeding and Culture was organized from 5-11 December, 2023 at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education (ICAR-CIFE), Kolkata Centre.

A two-day workshop-cum-capacity building Program on “Sustainable Agricultural Land Use Planning for Livelihood Improvement of Farming Community” under the SCSP project was organised by ICAR- National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning, RC Kolkata with KVK, North 24 Pgs., Ashok Nagar, West Bengal to mark the celebration of World Soil Day 2023.
