Shri Dukhi Shayam Paik, I.A.S., Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture visits ICAR-IISWC, RC, Koraput

Shri Dukhi Shayam Paik, I.A.S., Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of Odisha visited the ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Research Centre, Koraput today.

Shri Paik was accompanied by Shri Bhabani Sankar Kalo, Project Director, Watershed, Koraput.

He urged the participating Officers for learning the knowledge during the training programme. He also stressed on utilizing the knowledge for implementing the various NRM Interventions under the different programmes to not only benefit the community, but also improve the environmental benefits.

Shri Paik emphasized on following the 5 T concept of the Chief Minister, Government of Odisha, such as, Technology, Time Limit, Transformation, Team Work and Transparency for the overall development of the community.

During the visit to the Museum, Shri Paik also interacted with the Scientific Staff & appreciated their efforts for the development of the community in the State.

He also participated in the Pledge taking ceremony of “Sadbhavana Diwas”.
