Shri Mansukhbhai Mandaviya visits KVK-Bhavnagar

Shri Mansukhbhai Mandaviya, Union Ministerof State for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Chemical& Fertilizersvisited KVK, Bhavnagar (Gujarat) today

In his interaction with the farmers about their innovative practices, he suggested that farmers, scientists and extension workers should work in convergence mode to increase the farmers’ income. Farm planning is the first step to obtain maximum remuneration from farm, he added. He also said efforts should be made to make optimum use of natural resources like solar energy, organic farm waste and convert them into a remunerative input.

Senior officials of the KVK and line departments participated inthe meeting.
