Rashtriya Karmyogi Janseva Program Organized at ICAR-CRIDA

A one-day training programme under the Rashtriya Karmayogi Janseva Programme was successfully conducted at ICAR–Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture, Hyderabad today.

The programme aimed to enable officers to rediscover the spirit of Seva Bhav and enhance their capacity to serve national goals and stakeholders more effectively with clarity, purpose, and sustained commitment.

The officials emphasized the importance of Seva Bhav in public service and highlighted the need to balance inner power with positional authority in shaping a true Karmyogi.

The sessions focused on values-based public service, personal and professional growth, and the role of Karmayogis in nation building. The programme included interactive discussions, assessments, and feedback sessions.

The programme encouraged reflective learning, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving.

The training concluded successfully with active participation from all 27 trainees and generation of certificates.
The programme was attended by 27 participants.
