ICAR Joins Hands for Swachhata Hi Seva 2026

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and its institutes across the country launched the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign today with active participation and enthusiasm.

At Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi, Dr M. L. Jat, Secretary, DARE and Director General, ICAR, administered the Swachhata Pledge to the officers and staff. Simultaneously, Dr Rajbir Singh, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Extension), ICAR, administered the pledge at Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan, New Delhi.

Officers and staff from ICAR Headquarters and institutes across the country participated in the pledge and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting cleanliness, maintaining hygiene and fostering a clean and healthy work environment.

The launch marked ICAR’s collective participation in the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign, reinforcing the resolve to make Swachhata a continuous commitment and an integral part of everyday life.
